Design Architect, Project Manager, Owner’s Representative | Dec 2021 - January 2023

Acted as Director of Design for a 500,000sf+ headquarters campus masterplan. Program types included Office, Amenity, Residential, Hotel, and Athletics. Developed concept, drawings, visuals, and marketing materials through Schematic Design deliverable. Collaborated with corporate, local, national stakeholders and partners.

Managed and led a large and diverse group of trades, including 12+ consultants and a combined staff of 40+ team members. Negotiated contracts, developed and maintained budget, and presented at Public Town Halls, City Planning meetings, and trade partnerships.

Project Manager, Design Architect, and Interior Architect for temporary campus renovations and ground-up construction projects, totaling 20,000sf+. Sourced and procured FF&E and worked directly with contractors and suppliers, resulting in a total cost savings of $2.5M+.

Implemented sustainable design principles throughout the project and utilized BIM (Building Information Modeling) and other advanced technologies to streamline the design and pre-construction process, resulting in increased efficiency and cost savings.

RFP pre-app and competition experience. Development of Pre-Design, Programming, and Concept, through preparation of Permit/Construction Documents. Over-the-counter building permit procurement and Construction Administration experience for locally-based office Tenant Improvement projects.

Development of Facilities Master Plans and Basis of Design documents. Engage in OACs, consultant/ contractor coordination meetings, and internal scheduling and progress meetings as needed.

Organize and implement BIM technology, processes, and plans. Throughout my work, education, and mentoring experiences, I've leaned into learning new technologies; from early implementation of Revit to acting as a firm resource for modeling and rendering advice.
